Do you remember what you did just after being born to this world? At the time of birth, we breathe in an air of this world, and cry vitally. Do you know what you will do just before being dead? We breathe out silently and are dead. The life of human starts just after breathing in, and ends just after breathing out. |
We breathe unconsciously. It means that our bodies personally breathe to maintain our life. We sometimes think conceitedly that we maintain our life by ourselves. But, possibly, we may be lived by something. When you become greedy, or, selfish, you will get out of breath, strangely. But, breathing deeply a few times will make you calm, and cool down. |
Worldly, called“Bon-Noh”in Japanese, or, greed, anger, and ignorance make us lost our ways. “Bon” means burning head. If your head is not cooled, you can hardly consider anything correctly. So you will be worried deeper and deeper. Extinguish the flame of “Bon” that burning your head. Straighten up, and breathe gently, or you will be calm and cool down by yourself. Also, you can ascertain yourself, and the circumstances, clearly. |
Life is like breathing. It starts with breathing in the first greeting with crying means “How do you do?” And it ends with breathing out the last greeting without words. Can you involve thanks to the last breath? The judgment that one’s life is really happy or not may depend on one’s last. I hope that our life will end ideally. |
